Some of the highlights will be the Tom Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing, Singapore Chilli Crab in Toasted Brioche, 16 Hour Pot Roasted Beef Belly with Barley Apple Risotto, Pumpkin Puree and Rosemary Jus, Roasted Veal Leg (Beef) with Au Poivre Sauce and Black Mussel in Tom Yum Cream Sauce. The plating for every dish is exquisite which makes you feel that you are enjoying your ala carte buffet in a fine dining style.
We had the opportunity to savour some of their offerings such as Sustainable Barramundi with Hokkaido Pumpkin Puree, Dill and Citrus, Xmas Honey Bake Turkey Ham, Slow Braised Lamb with Bean Stew and the glorious K.L Style Fried Porridge with Lobster.
Desserts wise, the likes of Yogurt Passion Apricot Mousse, White Forest Yule Log and Raspberry Vanilla Yule will be incredibly satisfying for those with a sweet tooth like me.
