Indulge in nostalgic favorites like Lotus and Peanut Pork Rib Soup and savor the soulful essence of Char Kuey Teow, Hokkien Mee, Nasi Lemak and Oyster Omelette. Each dish embodies the culinary heritage lovingly preserved across generations, culminating in the comforting warmth of Teochew Porridge amidst a feast of local delights.
There is also Seafood On Ice, Carving Station serving Roasted Australian Grain Fed Black Angus Striploin served with roasted root vegetables and roasted potatoes sauce: red wine, pepper, mustard and Live Station providing Jumbo Prawn Mee, Signature Singapore Laksa/ Chinatown Curry Mee.
