Eden Restaurant at Pullman Singapore Orchard will be introducing an enhanced dining experience with an exclusive Live Lobster menu available from now to 31 July 2024. This special offering features the finest MSC-certified Live Maine Lobster, artfully presented by Chef Tan through his modern Asian culinary lens.
Guests can enjoy a curated lobster tasting menu paired with fine wines, or explore innovative combinations with signature cocktails and craft beers, chosen to complement the rich flavors of the lobster dishes.
Featured here is the Singapore Style Chilli Lobster Linguini which reimagines the iconic Singapore Chilli Crab, featuring succulent Boston Lobster in Eden Restaurant’s signature chilli crab sauce, served over al dente linguine.
Next is the Teppanyaki Boston Lobster with Furikake Butter & Garlic Egg Fried Rice which one can experience teppanyaki with expertly grilled lobster, paired with Eden Restaurant’s homemade Furikake Butter, enhancing the dish with rich umami flavors.
The highlight for us is the Shaoxing Wine” Boston Lobster, Lala & Mussel Pot which features MSC-certified Boston lobster infused with Chinese rice wine, Asian herbs, garlic, and citrus. Served with grilled sourdough, fresh kale salad, and house fries, this dish provides a rich and aromatic seafood experience.
