Helmed by Chef Simone Loisi, one can look forward to the Domenica All’italiana Sunday Buffet from now to 31 Dec. There is an extensive selection of Charcuterie to begin with such as Parma Ham, Mortadella, Salami, Bacon and Cheese Selection ranging from Parmesan Cheese, Provolone, Ricotta to Burrata, Buffalo and Gorgonzola Taleggio.
This is followed by Salad Bar and Antipasti Caldi (Hot Starters) consisting of Tomato Bruschetta, Pan Pizza, Fried Calamari, Fried Cod and Rice Suppli. Secondi (Main Course) includes the likes of Rotisserie Chicken, Grilled Octopus, Roasted Angus Beef Striploin, The Famous Porchetta , Broccoli and Seafood Soup . There is also Assorted Freshly Cooked Pasta for you to choose from.
