Conrad Centennial Singapore is collaborating with Conrad Bangkok for Aroi Thai promotion at Oscar’s Buffet Restaurant. From now to 7 April 2023, guests will be treated to an authentic Thai culinary experience, showcasing the rich and diverse flavors of Thailand.
Oscar’s will be transformed into a Thai oasis, with exquisite decorations and traditional music to transport guests to the Land of Smiles. The restaurant’s chefs, under the guidance of Chef Chukiat Subsombut from Conrad Bangkok, have created a menu featuring a variety of Thai dishes, using only the freshest ingredients and authentic cooking techniques.
Guests can indulge in an array of appetizers, including traditional Tom Yum soup and Som Tam Live Station. For the main course, there will be a selection of stir-fried noodles and Charcoal Barbecue, including the famous Thai green curry and pad Thai.
To complete the Thai culinary experience, guests can enjoy a selection of mouth-watering Thai desserts, including sweet Mango and Sticky Rice Mousse Cake and Taro with Coconut Milk. A variety of traditional Thai beverages will also be served, including refreshing Thai iced teas.
