Highlights include Sauteed Turbot Fish Fillet with Fresh Lily Bulb and Pan-Fried Lotus Root stuffed in Minced Dace Fish and Barbeque Sauce, Braised Lobster with Passion Fruit Custard Sauce, and Claypot Rice with Chinese Sausage and Cured Duck in Superior Soya Sauce.
Wan Hao Bird’s Nest Eight Treasures Pot is now available for takeaway. Brimming with rich collagen and nutritional goodness, this rendition is lighter on the palate but complete with premium and highly nourishing ingredients such as Bird’s Nest, 5-Head Australian Abalone, Fish Maw, African Premium Sea Cucumber, Black Moss Dace Fish Bean Curd Skin Bag, Live Prawn, Pork Tendon, Free-Range Chicken and Japanese Shiitake Mushroom.
