Bon Broth, the latest hotpot dining concept by Chef Andre Chiang , debuts at Raffles City Singapore , offering a refined take on traditional hotpot with a focus on premium broths.


The restaurant features eight signature broths, including the Signature Sichuan Green Peppers &mPickled Chili Broth, Satay (Taiwanese Traditional Satay Broth), Chengdu Style Spicy Mala Broth, Sauerkraut Gao-liang Sour Cabbage Broth, Hokkaido Milk & Miso Collagen Broth, Southeast Asian Curry Laksa Broth, Herbal Figs & Mushroom Imperial Broth and “Black Diamond” Truffle & Echiré Sukiyaki broths — each crafted using French culinary techniques for deep, balanced flavors. Unlike conventional hotpot, Bon Broth’s broths are designed to be enjoyed from the first sip without additional condiments.


A broth sommelier will guide you through the eight flavors, offering samples of select broths to help you choose your preferred option. Guests can also top up their broths, allowing them to explore multiple flavors during their meal. The restaurant’s modern and intimate setting includes circular bar seating and cozy booths, providing both communal and private dining experiences.


Priced from S$110 for the deluxe set and S$138 for the premium set, featured here is the latter consisting of Cod Fish, Hokkaido Fan Scallop, Rock Lobster, South African Abalone, Tiger Prawn, Clam , premium meat Japanese Kagoshima A4 Wagyu Sirloin, Duroc Pork Neck and Duck Breast and a selection of other items such as Handmade Shrimp Paste, Fish Dumpling and Braised Beef “Three Treasures” . There is also deshelling service which ensures a hassle-free dining experience for seafood lovers.


Beyond the broths, Bon Broth offers a curated selection of desserts and beverages to complement its refined hotpot experience. Shown here are the Sichuan Ice Jelly with Osmanthus and Japanese Melon and O’s Bubble Lychee Oolong Tea with Aloe Vera.
