In celebration of Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, Baba Chews , located in Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong , introduces a special à la carte menu honoring parents and guardians.
Available from 10 May to 16 June, Baba Chews has curated a Parent’s Day menu that begins with the tantalizing Fire Wood Grilled Oysters, prepared with Binchotan and Orange wood, complemented by Jalapeno butter and Pork crust.
For the main course, guests can choose between two distinctive dishes. The Grilled Angus Striploin features miso pasilla and black garlic aioli, served with broccolini, fried shallot, fried capers, and baby radish. Alternatively, the Grilled Laksa Halibut offers a local twist with grilled tiger prawns, brussel sprout, bonito flake, furikake, tobiko, and a rich laksa sauce.
Dessert marks the sweet conclusion of the meal, with options like the Strawberry Cheesecake, featuring berries compote, graham crust, and lemon balm, or the indulgent Lava Chocolate paired with pistachio crumb and vanilla ice cream.
