Atrium Restaurant at Holiday Inn SG Atrium gets “Cereals” about Christmas with a new addition to its Christmas Buffet and Christmas Takeaway Menu, the Cereal Roast Turkey inspired by popular local zi char dish Cereal Prawn. Other highlights of the Christmas Buffet include Seafood on Ice, Lobster Thermidor, Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Turkey Bacon and Potato Gratin with Gruyere Cheese.
Executive Chef Chua Yew Hock’s Chocolate Banana Log Cake returns for the second year. Loved by all ages, this is one dessert that’s a classic favourite, perfect for hosting and gifting. The other highlight goes to the newly launched Rasberry Sleigh Log cake which is laced with raspberry and frosted with vanilla. The acidity of the raspberries gives balance to the sweetness of the cake and every bite carries you away with a refreshing and fruity note.
