On 24 Dec, 25 Dec, 31 Dec and 1 Jan, Paradox Singapore Merchant Court will be offering a Special Festive Buffet featuring the likes of Shepherd’s Pie, Roasted Mushrooms with Balsamic Vinegar, Hyogo Oysters , Marine Lobster and many more.
For their Takeaway Goodies, the Noel-Filled Christmas Bundle consists of Foie Gras and Duck Confit Terrine, Roasted Tom Turkey, Honey-Glazed Gammon Ham and Signature Acai Banana Chocolate Cake. The Local Touch of Christmas Bundle incorporates Asian and Perankan ingredients into dishes such as Home Made Scallop Otak Otak, River Prawns in Singapore Chilli Crab Sauce, Roasted Dry Rub Nyonya Sambal Turkey, Lemongrass and Hoisin Glazed Gammon Ham, Nyonya Chap Chye, Sambal Onion Eggs, Nasi Bunga Telang and Signature Acai Banana Chocolate Cake. The ala carte takeaway goodies include the Australian Black Angus Tenderloin, Stout-Glaze Black Angus Short Ribs, Calamansi-Black Tea Yule Log and Christmas Chocolate Tree etc.
Available daily from 2.00pm to 5.00pm at Crossroads Bar in December is the Nutcracker-themed Afternoon Tea. It is priced at $92++ for 2 pax and $118++ for 2 pax which includes a glass of Heart-Warmed Mullet Wine per diner.
