A Taste of Ireland, presented by Bord Bia , is a month-long culinary showcase in Singapore from now to 10 April, celebrating Ireland’s premium sustainable seafood, grass-fed beef, and dairy. Partnering with Cygnet Singspore by Sean Connolly, Carnaby , Sarnies , Santis, and POPI’s at Mandala Club , the initiative highlights the rich heritage and quality of Irish produce through exclusive menus.

At Cygnet , diners can start with the Janey Mackers cocktail, a unique mix of Teeling Small Batch Whiskey, wild strawberry jam, potato milk, and lemon, offering a smooth yet bold taste. The Tastes of the Atlantic appetizer features an Irish oyster trio—raw with Guinness Avonmore cream, grilled with Kilpatrick sauce, and fried with a colcannon-inspired crust — highlighting the pristine flavors of Ireland’s Atlantic waters.

The main course, The Gaelic Feast, presents Teeling Small Batch & Coke-braised Irish Angus beef short ribs, served with champ (a traditional Irish mashed potato dish) and baby heirloom carrots, offering a rich, tender, and flavorful dish.

For dessert, Báinín Pudding, an Irish take on bread and butter pudding, is served with a creamy Avonmore Irish vanilla sauce, delivering a comforting yet indulgent experience.

Beyond its culinary appeal, A Taste of Ireland underscores Ireland’s commitment to sustainability through its Origin Green program, ensuring environmentally responsible food production.
