For three nights only from now until 6 September 2026, Waterfall Ristorante Italiano at Shangri-La Singapore welcomes Chef Chef Dicky Tjhin, Head Pizza Chef of Indonesia’s award-winning Pizzeria Cavalese, for an exclusive collaboration with resident Chef Giordano Bramucci.
Celebrating authentic Italian flavours and artisanal craftsmanship, the limited-time experience brings together Waterfall Ristorante Italiano’s signature Southern Italian influences with Pizzeria Cavalese’s acclaimed Neapolitan-style creations. Recognised by the prestigious 50 Top Pizza guide, Pizzeria Cavalese was named Top Pizzeria in Indonesia from 2024 to 2026.
Highlights by Chef Dicky include the Rendang Piccante, topped with Mozzarella, Beef Rendang, Green Chilli Oil, Rendang and Coconut Glazes, Fresh Coriander and Coconut Flakes, alongside the Tartufo D’Oro, featuring Mozzarella, King Oyster and Portobello Mushrooms, Parmigiano Fondue, Truffle Egg Yolk and Ito Togarashi Chilli.
Chef Giordano presents his own creations, including the Fiori & Alici, layered with Mozzarella, Zucchini Flower, Buffalo Cheese, Cantabrico Anchovies, Olive Powder, Lemon Zest, Anchovy Sauce and Fried Zucchini, as well as the Fichi San Daniele e Balsamico, combining Mozzarella and Ricotta Cheeses with Balsamic-Glazed Fresh Figs, San Daniele Ham, Pistachio Crumbs, Shaved Parmesan and Balsamic Dressing.
Also featured is Waterfall Ristorante Italiano’s signature Zuppa di Pesce, a hearty seafood stew, alongside cocktails by Origin Bar, specially crafted to complement the pizzas.
