Town Restaurant at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore invites diners to embark on an ocean-inspired feast with Treasures of The Sea Dinner Buffet, available from now to 7 November 2026, Tuesday to Saturday.
The lavish spread showcases premium Seafood on Ice, including Boston Lobster, Snow Crab Legs and Half-shell Scallops, alongside seafood favourites such as Crispy Fried Whole Barramundi with Chilli & Orange Tamarind Sauce, Sweet Chilli Garlic-Butter Snow Crab, Slipper Lobster Pumpkin Curry, Ginger Scallion King Prawn, Sweet and Sour Crayfish, Mala Seafood and Malabar Coast Mud Crab. Guests can also enjoy Peruvian Spice Roasted Beef from the carving station, Seafood Harvest Lasagna and an array of vibrant regional seafood preparations.
On Fridays and Saturdays, the experience is further elevated with a Charcoal Barbeque featuring Half-shell Scallops, Sweet Onion Ikan Pari and BBQ Prawn Skewers, as well as live-station specialities including Good Chance Popiah and Masala Battered Fish & Chips with Salmon Roe Dill Tartar, Malt Vinegar and Citrus Curry Dip.
The evening concludes on a sweet note with an elegant dessert selection of Raspberry Lychee Bandung, Cranberry Fromage Blanc, Blueberry Coconut, Hazelnut Praline Crunch, Crème Brûlée Cheesecake, Earl Grey Raspberry Cake and Ivory Pistachio.
