J65 at JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La presents the Flavours of Istanbul Turkish dinner buffet, available from now to 2 September. Featuring guest chefs from Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul, the buffet showcases a wide range of Turkish and Ottoman favourites, starting with classic Appetisers such as Hummus, Babagannus, Haydari, Ezme, Cacik, Kisir and Muhammara, together with comforting soups including Traditional Lentil Soup, Ezogelin and Yayla Soup. At the Chef’s Table, diners can also enjoy Mediterranean Barramundi Fillet with Vegetables and Ottoman signatures such as Hünkar Beğendi, Kuru Fasulye, Chickpeas and Bulgur Rice.
The Show Kitchen brings further Turkish specialities to the fore, with dishes such as Adana Kebab, Chicken Skewers, Lamb Chops, Tas Kebab, Lamb Skewers, Lamb Tandir, Tepsi Kebab and Izmir Meatball prepared on rotation. Completing the spread are more indulgent additions including Prawns, Mussels and Boston Lobster from the Seafood Counter, alongside Norway Lobster with Singapore Chilli Crab Sauce and Fried Mantou, Salted Egg Prawn and Black Angus Prime Beef Rib with Truffle Oil Mashed Potato. Traditional Turkish desserts such as Künefe, Şekerpare, Revani and Almond Keşkül round off the experience.
