Specially curated by Executive Chef Andy Oh and his culinary team, the indulgent spread brings together premium selections from both land and sea, complemented by Edge’s signature international offerings.


Known for its seven dynamic open kitchens, the restaurant sets the stage for a vibrant showcase of flavours, featuring highlights such as charcoal-barbecued Giant Freshwater Prawn, Mud Crab, and Giant Squid, alongside a chilled seafood selection of Sustainable Boston Lobster, Snow Crab, and Pacific Clam. Diners can also look forward to regional specialties including Mala Crawfish, Baby Lobster in a Pot, Jumbo White Clam in Hakka Sweet Wine Broth, Mud Crab Dum Biryani, and Tandoori Fish Tikka.


Balancing the ocean’s bounty is a robust lineup of premium meats, including House-Smoked Pork Belly and Slow-Roasted Prime Rib at the Signature Carving Station, as well as charcoal-barbecued Marinated Lamb T-Bone and Rosemary Spring Chicken.
