Henry’s Lobster at Sheraton Towers Singapore presents an indulgent showcase of Maine lobster with a menu that celebrates both classic and creative interpretations of the prized crustacean. The lobsters are kept in a water tank at the restaurant and prepared fresh upon selection, ensuring optimal freshness for every dish.
Highlights from the signatures include the Lobster Roll, featuring succulent Maine lobster dressed with Bordier butter, Martell XO and homemade lobster sauce, served in a soft brioche roll; the hearty Lobster Sandwich layered with scrambled egg, caramelised onion marmalade, aged cheddar and sriracha mayo. Each is served with a choice of fries or potato chips. The Live Maine Lobster features half a live Maine lobster served alongside a choice of comforting favourites, including Mee Siam, Laksa (dry or soup), or Spaghetti Arrabiata.
Available exclusively for dinner until 31 May 2026, the extended menu features a diverse selection of lobster-centric dishes.
