The buffet features a rotating selection of nourishing soups such as Fish Maw Soup, Ginseng Chicken Soup, and Hong Kong Style Borscht Soup, alongside beloved Cantonese dim sum classics including Steamed Pork Siew Mai, Har Gow, Charcoal Salted Egg Bun, Baked Bolo Bun, and Egg Tart. A live station serves Hong Kong French Toast and Hong Kong Roasted Pork Belly, complemented by hearty mains such as Hong Kong Roasted Chicken, Superior Soya Sauce Curry Fishball, Sweet And Sour Pork With Pork Skin, Preserved Meat Fried Rice, and Garlic Chives Flower Steamed Whole Fish.
