The buffet features a rotating selection of nourishing soups such as Fish Maw Soup, Ginseng Chicken Soup, and Hong Kong Style Borscht Soup, alongside beloved Cantonese dim sum classics including Steamed Pork Siew Mai, Har Gow, Charcoal Salted Egg Bun, Baked Bolo Bun, and Egg Tart.
