The refreshed Convivio Weekend Brunch at One-Ninety Restaurant in Four Seasons Hotel Singapore presents a vibrant celebration of Italian cuisine, thoughtfully curated by Chef de Cuisine Valerio Pierantonelli.


The experience begins with a comforting Roasted Butternut Squash, served upon arrival, before unfolding into an abundant spread of artisanal breads, Affettati, and Premium Seafood On Ice. Guests can further explore fresh and house-marinated cheeses, and a rotating selection of composed salads that spotlight seasonal vegetables, seafood, and cured meats.


For the main course, one Secondo is served tableside per person, offering a choice of hearty and refined dishes such as Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek, Burrata Ravioli With Black Truffle, Grilled Swordfish, Pinsa Romana, and Marinated and Slow-Cooked Baby Chicken. The brunch experience concludes on a sweet note with an indulgent dessert buffet featuring Italian favourites including Tiramisu, Torta Caprese, Orange & Chocolate Cannoli, Vanilla Panna Cotta and Bronte Pistachio Tart.
