York Hotel Singapore presents the final instalment of its SG60 Heritage Dining Series, paying heartfelt tribute to the Hainanese community, whose culinary legacy has long enriched Singapore’s diverse food culture.


Available from now to 30 November 2025 at White Rose Café, this limited-time à la carte menu captures the nostalgia and craftsmanship of traditional Hainanese cooking — a cuisine renowned for its comforting heartiness and honest flavours passed down through generations.


The curated menu features beloved classics such as Hainanese Pork Chop, crispy pork loin served with a tangy tomato-based sauce; Herbal Mutton Soup, slow-braised in a red fermented bean curd broth; and the quintessential Hainanese Curry Rice Set, brimming with pork, curry chicken, and braised cabbage. Diners can also savour Poached Chicken with Fragrant Rice Ball, Claypot Pork Porridge, and a nostalgic Satay starter (pork or chicken).

To round off the meal, enjoy Chin Bo Leung, a refreshing chilled dessert of coconut milk and assorted beans, or the Special Kaya Toast Set — crisp toast layered with house-made kaya and served with soft-boiled eggs.
