Guests can indulge in a curated line-up of signature Penang dishes, lovingly prepared à la minute by seasoned hawkers specially flown in for the occasion. Highlights include Char Kway Teow, Penang Laksa, Oyster Omelette, Penang Rojak, Ban Chang Kueh, and Chendol, crafted using time-honoured recipes and traditional techniques. Making a comeback with a delightful twist is the Nasi Lemak with Iche Kabin.
