Conrad Singapore Marina Bay presents a culinary homecoming this September as award-winning Chef Reif Othman, one of Dubai’s most celebrated chefs and recipient of Michelin recognition and Chefs’ Choice by MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants, brings his cult-favourite concept Reif Kushiyaki to Singapore for a month-long pop-up.


From now to 30 September, guests can discover Othman’s inventive take on Japanese comfort food—personal, rooted in Asian techniques, yet shaped by global influences—served à la carte at The Terrace or as part of The Sea, Smoke & Spice buffet at Oscar’s.


The pop-up menu brims with highlights across categories: Snacks such as Edamame, Kimchi Melon, and Reif’s Marble Bun; Tiny Plates like Miso Burrata, Raw Salmon, and Tuna Tataki; the Star Dish, Wagyu Katsu Sando; and Maki creations including Spicy Salmon, Hand Grab Wagyu, and Otoro Bowl.


From the grill, Skewers feature Yuzu Miso Chicken Thigh, Chicken Skin, Angus Beef with Goma Wasabi, alongside vegetable options like Asparagus and Sweet Corn. For hearty comfort, indulge in Truffle Udon and Mushroom Donabe Rice, before ending on sweet notes with Tiramisu Boba and Matcha Fondue. Perfectly paired with Hana Awa Ka Sparkling Sake, gin, wine, or beer, this is a month-long celebration of flavours not to be missed.
