Hot on the heels of its much-loved Lobsterfest, Lime Singapore at Parkroyal Collection Pickering , is set to delight diners once again with an indulgent all-you-can-eat wagyu buffet. Running on weekends from 29 August to 12 October 2025, the buffet pairs premium wagyu creations with ocean-fresh highlights from Lime’s signature Seafood Symphony.
Curated by Executive Chef Alvin Leong, the menu offers a surf-and-turf experience spanning lunch, dinner, and the restaurant’s popular Cheers O’Clock afternoon teatime buffet. To celebrate the launch, guests can enjoy 20% savings during the first two weekends, up until 7 September.
From Miyazaki Wagyu grilled over Binchotan charcoal and Korean-style Wagyu Tartare to MB6 Wagyu Striploin, Smoked Wagyu Brisket, and Foie Gras Wagyu Burger, the lavish spread highlights both global and Asian inspirations. Guests can savour hearty plates such as Pappardelle with Wagyu Ossobuco Ragout and Tandoori Wagyu Pizza, alongside dinner exclusives like Truffle Bone Marrow Risotto and Sichuan Pulled Wagyu Pizza. Complementing these rich flavours are Asian favourites including Steamed Korean BBQ Wagyu Bun, Thai Massaman Wagyu Curry, and Wagyu Ramen. To complete the feast, diners can indulge in seafood favourites such as Boston Lobster, Snow Crab, Sambal Stingray, and Indonesian Curry Crab—ensuring a perfect balance of land and sea in one indulgent experience.
