Pacific Emporium at Pan Pacific Singapore celebrates SG60 with a Peranakan-inspired afternoon tea, running from now to 16 November 2025.
Curated by Executive Sous Chef Cheah Hun Leong and Executive Pastry Chef Edina Si with their culinary teams, the experience begins with the refreshing Nyonya Bloom welcome drink, a blend of peach, passionfruit, pandan, and gula melaka. Guests are then treated to an exquisite selection of savouries such as Peranakan Rojak with Beetroot Pie Tee, Nyonya Kerabu with Baby Abalone, Mackerel Mousseline in Charcoal Bun, and Bakwa and Meat Floss Double Decker. Sweet creations include Strawberry Shortcake, Hazelnut Praline Puff, Hukambi Salted Caramel Tart, Passion Fruit Pistachio Bar, and the whimsical “Fish Tank” matcha financier with blue pea jelly and yuzu ganache, alongside golden sultana and classic scones.
On weekdays, the afternoon tea is served in a three-tiered stand, featuring highlights such as Crispy Lobster Popiah, Peranakan Stuffed Chicken Wing in Inche Kabin Style, Nyonya Laksa, and Babi Pongteh. On weekends, the offering elevates into a buffet-style indulgence with unlimited helpings of these delights and a Chef’s Speciality Showcase, complete with the showstopping Bananas Foster, flambéed and served with decadent toppings.
Guests can pair the experience with TWG teas or Lavazza coffee, or enhance the occasion with a glass of Taittinger Brut Réserve Champagne for an elegant, celebratory touch.
