From now until 7 September 2025, guests can savour a limited-time botanical afternoon tea at One-Ninety Bar, curated by newly appointed Executive Pastry Chef Daniel Windelhed.
The indulgent experience features an artful selection of sweet and savoury delights, such as Makrut Lime and Lemongrass Panna Cotta, Spicy Pineapple Duck Salad, and the signature Brown Butter Madeleines served with strawberry compote and clotted cream.Rounding off the journey is a refreshing Tropical Finale of passion fruit granita with coconut foam and citrus powder.
To elevate the afternoon, a curated menu of four handcrafted summer cocktails adds a spirited twist to the occasion. Sip on Jardin — a refreshing blend of Patron Silver Tequila, elderflower, lime, and rosé prosecco — or unwind with the Marché Sour, Cali Smash, and Rose Negroni, each thoughtfully created to complement the seasonal tea menu.
