Amara Singapore presents a special collaboration with the renowned Keng Eng Kee as part of its Local Legends culinary series. In honour of Singapore’s 60th birthday, this exclusive partnership brings the rich, nostalgic flavours of Keng Eng Kee —an iconic third-generation ‘Zi Char’ institution established in the 1970s—straight to the heart of Café Oriental for a limited-time celebration of local heritage and cuisine.
Available from now to 31 August, the curated menu pays homage to beloved Singaporean tastes with dishes that blend tradition and creativity.
Guests can savour highlights such as Spicy Crab Meat Pasta, Prawn Paste Chicken Burger, Butter Cereal Fish with Egg Fried Rice, Black Pepper Angus Beef, Marmite Pork Chop, and the signature KEK Moonlight Horfun. Comforting classics such as Lala Pot, Bak Kut Teh, and Spiced Chilli Prawns served with Mantou also feature on the menu.
End on a sweet note with a nostalgic Durian Horn and Chocolate Cupcake, crafted in collaboration with heritage bakery Chin Mee Chin Confectionery.
