Diners can savour iconic Penang dishes such as Fried Oyster Omelette, handmade Popiah, Penang Cendol, and Ice Kacang with Durian Pengat. Other must-try local flavours include Penang Rojak, Nyonya Mango Kerabu, Sambal Petai, Loh Bak, and hearty classics like Assam Laksa, Prawn Noodles, Curry Kapitan, Assam Pedas Fish, and Chef Andy’s Signature Penang Char Kuey Teow.
