This June, seafood lovers are in for a treat as the Lobster & Beer Fest at Clove in Swissôtel The Stamford Singapore returns with a show-stopping dinner buffet from 5 to 22 June, curated by Director of Culinary Chef Vijay. The star of the experience is none other than Maine lobster, prepared in 12 mouthwatering styles from both East and West. Expect crowd favourites such as Lobster Thermidor, Lobster Bouillabaisse, Saffron Lobster Risotto, and Lobster Cocktail, alongside Asian-inspired dishes like Singapore Chilli Lobster, Kam Heong Lobster, Mala Lobster, Lobster Laksa Broth, and Lobster Sushi Roll. Other creations include Lobster Bisque, Lobster with Truffle Butter, and Lobster Miso Gratin – all perfectly paired with free-flow Paulaner Beer.


Beyond lobster, the buffet also showcases a premium carving station featuring Roasted Angus Beef Striploin, Slow-Roasted Lamb Leg, and Maple-Glazed Swiss Bone-In Ham. A robust international selection includes Chicken Chasseur, Roasted Lamb Loin with Juniper Berry Jus, and Honey-Glazed Duck with Bacon & Bean Cassoulet.
