Peppermint at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay unveils its all-new Roast & Grill buffet from now to 5 June 2025, offering a bold showcase of flame-grilled favourites from around the world. The highlight of the spread is the indulgent Hay-Smoked Grilled Wagyu Beef Belly, served exclusively during weekend dinners. Other standout dishes include the 8-Hour Slow Roasted Whole Veal Shank with Charred Onion Sauce, and the Grilled Thai-Style Regionally Sourced Seafood Wrapped in Opal Leaf—each reflecting the buffet’s emphasis on slow-cooked richness and sustainable, globally inspired cuisine.
