Araya , the One-Michelin-Star Chilean restaurant located at Mondrian Singapore Duxton , introduces Menu Rápido, a refined yet efficient lunch experience designed for busy professionals.
Priced at $80, this exclusive 3-course menu offers a balance of culinary excellence and convenience, making it perfect for power lunches. The meal begins with Araya’s signature Chapalele bread, served with Cochayuyo spread and Merken butter.
For starters, diners can choose between the Beetroot, featuring confit beetroot, roasted beer sorbet, quinoa, and preserved figs, or the Ceviche, a refreshing dish of Hokkaido scallops, leche de tigre sorbet, and ginger jelly.
For the main course, diners can indulge in Cordero, a tender lamb dish paired with cochayuyo marmalade, fresh tender leaves, and vibrant salsa verde. Alternatively, they can opt for the Picaña, featuring succulent rump cap Wagyu, served with chimichurri and a smooth allium purée, or the Sawara, a grilled mackerel dish complemented by yellow chili sauce, delicate white kombu, and tobiko. There are optional premium upgrades like Picaña Asada (wagyu with aged Ecuadorian cacao sauce) for $12 or Pacific Madara with salsa de choritos for $22.
Each main is accompanied by Chorizo Arroz, and the dining experience concludes with a Single-Origin Chocolate dessert crafted by pastry chef and partner Fernanda.
For a more immersive exploration of Araya’s flavours, the Taste of Araya offers a 5-course menu priced at $168, available for lunch (Wednesday to Saturday) and dinner (Tuesday to Saturday).
