We were recently at the Fire Master collaboration in SKIRT in W Singapore. This one-of-a-kind event brought together the best of SKIRT signature open-fire cooking and Meatsmith renowned American BBQ expertise.
Helmed by Meatsmith Chef Eddie Goh and SKIRT Chef Paul Chong, it was a 4-hands culinary showcase that truly celebrated bold flavors crafted over wood and charcoal.
Both 3-course and 6-course set menus are available, with an option to include Penfolds wine pairing.

GU:UM transforms the traditional Korean barbecue into a sophisticated western steakhouse experience, blending modern techniques with a custom charcoal grill to prepare premium meats and seafood.
