Nestled in the vibrant heart of Orchard Road, Pullman Singapore Orchard celebrates Singapore’s 59th National Day at Eden Restaurant with the Taste of Tradition National Day menu available from 1 to 31 August, daily from 12 pm to 11 pm. This gourmet journey honors local favorites with premium skewers and inventive beverages infused with local flavors.


The culinary experience starts with a DIY Singapore Chilli Crab Kueh Pie Tee ($18 for 6 pieces), featuring delicate pastry shells, plump crab, and Eden Restaurant’s homemade Chilli Crab sauce.


For the main course, one can enjoy a selection of gourmet skewers:

  • Laksa Tiger Prawns ($34) with traditional laksa spices.
  • Sambal Turmeric Mackerel Steak ($34) marinated in sambal and turmeric.
  • Homemade Chicken Satay ($32) with a signature marinade.
  • Beef Rendang Tenderloin ($38) braised in rendang curry sauce.

    Each dish is served à la carte or as a set for $59 for two, accompanied by Grilled Nasi Rempah and Nonya Curry Vegetables.
  • End the meal with the Onde Onde Sundae ($16), featuring Gula Melaka, brownie, and coconut floss.

    The menu also includes creative cocktails and mocktails that celebrate Singaporean flavors:
