From now to 11 August, in celebration of Singapore’s National Day, Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee and Auntie Gaik Lean will team up to present ‘Savour the Straits Peranakan Buffet.’ This special buffet will feature the rich and authentic flavors of Peranakan cuisine, with each dish crafted with passion and care.
As part of the ‘Savour the Straits Peranakan Buffet,’ guests can enjoy the King of Fruits, durian, on Friday and Saturday evenings at Peppermint’s Urban Farm. Indulge in a free-flow selection of fresh Mao Shan Wang, Red Prawn, and D24 durians, de-shelled on the spot.
