Looking for a healthy alternative to your usual fare of steamboat, buffet or Korean BBQ ? Yellow Pot has launched a new plant based menu at their Duxton outlet in October.

Some of the recommended new items are

🔸 Beancurd Skin Drumstick served with spicy tomato sauce

🔸Fried Vegan Chicken served with basil dip

🔸Sichuan Crispy Chicken Skin served with mint chilli sauce

🔸Braised Butternut and Wild Mushrooms served with crispy gluten and kelp

🔸Braised Tempeh with Gluten Mushroom served in spicy Sichuan chicken broth and preserved wine chilli

On top of these dishes, we also had this Seafood Platter which is a combination of Seared hand dived yuzu soy scallop, oven-baked miso Chilean seabass and steamed red leg prawn in mentaiko sauce. We ended off with the toothsome East meet West dessert which is made up of Bee Pollen Ice Cream & Chinese Pan Cake. There are also specially curated cocktails and mocktails for guests to enjoy with their meal.
