Sheraton Towers Singapore presents Henry’s Lobster, a new dining brand that sparks conversations about cherished memories and new voyages over crustacean creations.
This started with the simplest of ideas – the man behind the brand, Henry, got hooked onto lobsters after his children introduced him to Maine’s freshest catch during one of their travels. Having captured this memory, he wants to recreate it into a palatable gift that others can experience and to hold.
Presenting familiar flavours augmented with the finest ingredients, the premium line-up consists of four dishes which are the Lobster Sandwich , Lobster Laksa (dry/soup), Lobster Roll and Lobster Dry Mee Siam.
Featured here are the latter two, a tasting portion of the the Avocado Prawn Salad that is on the ala carte menu and a specially curated dessert Chocolate Moelleux with Berry Compote.
