There will be 5 stellar dishes being presented which are the Cucur Udang (Wholemeal Prawn Fritters), Sambal Ikan/Udang Malbari (either prawn or fish), Lamb Rendang, Ayam Masak Merah Kerisik and Banana Nagasari with Gula Melaka Butterscotch.
