The Line at Shangri-La Hotel has reopened its live theatre kitchens and culinary stations with an update of the restaurant’s menu, including six signature dishes from as many different cuisines.
An international buffet with flavors of the world which one can savor with a variety of dishes from Salads and Appetisers, Charcuterie and European Cheese, Soup of the Day, Seafood On Ice, Noodles and Roast. Gastronomic delights are available across Japanese, Western, Middle Eastern, Peranakan (Asian) and Indian cuisine.
