From now to 30 March 2023, Grand Copthorne Waterfront buffet restaurant Food Capital will be presenting the Seafood Literature Buffet.
Be spoiled for choices among premium seafood selections such as Boston Lobsters, Alaskan Snow Crab Legs, Freshly Shucked Seasonal Oysters, Baked Miso Cheese Lobsters and French Style White Wine Black Mussels.
There is also a medley of local seafood which includes the Black Pepper Crab , Singapore Chili Crab with Fried Mantou and Crispy Fried Soft Shell Crab, that is available exclusively on weekends.
