With “Niku” meaning “肉 meat“ in Japanese, the ramen offerings here include thick, succulent Pork Chasyu slices filled to the brim. The broth here is made richer and also more aromatic in comparison to the classic Pork Loin Chasyu broth at Tonkotsu King and other ramen concepts.

There are 3 options, sauce-based Shoyu Ramen, fragrant Miso Ramen and Tonkotsu Ramen which one can top up for a spicy broth for either of the flavors. New rice options and side dishes are also being introduced and shown here is the Keisuke Egg Rice, Niku Soboro Rice and Mentaiko Rice as well as Salmon Rare Katsu.
