Auntie Gaik Lean signature dishes are Brinjal Sambal, Egg Belanda , Kerabu Kacang Botol , Fish Curry Tumis and fragrant Assam Prawns that are perfect to go with Nasi Ulam. Bolder flavours are served in meat dishes like Curry Kapitan Beef Rendang . Dessert sweetens the whole affair with Pulut Hitam with Fresh Santan,  Ubi Kayu with Gula Melaka.
