Apart from perennial favourites such as Beef Rendang, Gado-gado, Ayam Masak Merah to Assam Fish, scarcely available halal-certified Korean cuisine such as Beef Bulgogi, Kimchi Fried Rice, Pajeon and Squid cooked in Tteokbokki Sauce will be part of the buffet menu alongside the regular items Seafood On Ice, Appetizers and Salads, Chinese & Nyonya Delights, Western cuisine, Indian & Malay cuisine, Sweet Temptations and Singapore Traditional Ice Cream with Waffle.
