Indulge your senses with the brand-new Wellness-themed Afternoon Tea at Portman’s Bar in Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay which features a selection of savoury and sweet treats garnished with freshly harvested herbs and edible flowers from the hotel’s very own Urban Farm.
Crafted by Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee and Pastry Chef Christopher Eng, Portman’s Bar’s Wellness-themed Afternoon Tea consists of a delectable spread, including Delightful Homemade Carrot Scone, Healthy Salmon Sandwich, ImpossibleTM Meat Puff Pastry Roll, Nourishing Smoked Chicken Focaccia, Indulgent Lobster Roll, Peanut Coconut Praline Cake, Petite Mango Passion Fruit Gateaux, Harmonious Panna Cotta, served in a charming picnic basket. Guests can also indulge in a selection of patisseries, macaroons, pralines, and cookies, which are available at the Sweet Wagon.
