They have launched a refreshed à la carte and new set lunch menu to feature a myriad of local delights.
The menu is curated by Executive Chef Vincent Aw who conjures dishes with flavours and textures unique to the diverse ethnicity and food cultures in Singapore. Featured here are the recommended Hainanese Chicken Chop, Black Pepper Lobster, Singapore Chilli Crab and the Stir-Fried Hokkien Mee with Jumbo Prawns. Gula Melaka fans will fancy the toothsome Chendol Ice Cream.
A new set lunch menu has also been launched from Monday to Friday between 12.00 pm to 2.30pm with a choice of 1 appetiser, 1 main dish and 1 coffee.
