Feast on Poached Tiger Prawns, Poached Green Lip Mussel, Poached Pink Scallop, Pacific White Clam, Alaskan Snow Crabs, Baby Crawfish and Boston Lobster. For during the weekend, there are Slipper Lobster, Ocean Scallop, Jumbo Red Leg Prawns, Fish Otak-otak, Squid Otak-otak, Wagyu Beef Sausage, Chicken Cheese Sausage, Sambal Sotong, Rosemary & Garlic Marinated Lamb Chop and Citrus BBQ Chicken Wing.
Meat lovers will fancy the Mediterranean Style Marinated Australia Black Angus and Sirloin Provençal-Roasted Leg of Lam from the Carving Station. Cafe 2000 also offers Japanese Ramen / Udon in Rich and creamy Tonkotsu Ramen Broth.
